By hosting or joining a meeting on KoolMeet (koolmeet.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

KoolMeet is a video conferencing service that lets you host and join meetings with audio, video, screen sharing, chat, and optional recording, in the browser. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use KoolMeet for unlawful purposes, to harass or harm others, to share illegal or infringing content, or to disrupt the service or other participants. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record a meeting.

Meetings you host

If you host a meeting, you are responsible for who you invite and for the conduct of your meeting. You must not record participants without their knowledge where the law requires their consent.

Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kool Telecom Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
